A Vaughan video game party without the venue
Every Vaughan party gets the same trailer, the same 100+ games and the same Game Coach, whether it's ten kids in a driveway or a whole school at a fun fair. We've done more than a thousand of them across the GTA. Parents search for it as a game truck, a gaming truck or a mobile game theatre; they all mean this.

Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg and Thornhill
Vaughan is really several towns, and we go to all of them: Woodbridge, Maple, Concord, Vellore Village and the Vaughan side of Thornhill. Kleinburg's bigger lots are some of the easiest setups anywhere.
On the booking form, pick Woodbridge or Kleinburg if you live there, and Vaughan for everywhere else, including Maple, Concord and Thornhill. Kleinburg has its own travel rate, a little higher than the rest of the city, and the form shows your exact total before you pay.

Vaughan neighbourhoods we cover
We bring the truck anywhere in Vaughan, from Thornhill and Concord out to Woodbridge, Maple, Vellore Village and Kleinburg. Driveways in Kleinburg, Weston Downs and most of Maple take the trailer easily; the newer townhouse streets in Vellore Village and near the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre can be tighter, in which case we park curbside. That covers Vaughan's L4H, L4J, L4K, L4L and L6A postal codes, plus Kleinburg.
Schools, parks and community events in Vaughan
We bring the truck to school fun fairs and PA days for the York Region District School Board and the York Catholic District School Board. Community and camp days at spots like Vellore Village Community Centre, Maple Community Centre, Chancellor Community Centre and Garnet A. Williams Community Centre work well too; the City of Vaughan handles vehicle access in its parks, so check that first. How school bookings work.
How a game truck party works in Vaughan
- Book online. Pick a package and a start time from the live calendar. Only genuinely open slots show, so whatever you can select is yours.
- We arrive 20–30 minutes early and set up on your driveway or the street outside. Your booked time is all gaming time.
- A Game Coach runs the party from start to finish, sorting teams, swapping players in and out and keeping everyone playing.
- We pack up and go. Nothing to clean, nothing to return, no gear left in your garage.
Comparing a game truck to a Vaughan party place
Most Vaughan parents weigh a game truck against a trampoline park, bowling or an indoor playground. Here's the difference in practice.
| Video game truck | Party venue | |
|---|---|---|
| Location | Your driveway or street | Everyone drives there |
| Start time | Any open slot you pick | The venue's schedule |
| Weather | Climate-controlled, rain or shine | Fine indoors |
| Clean-up | None, we pack up and leave | Depends on the venue |
Vaughan game truck FAQ
How much does a game truck cost in Vaughan?
Packages start at $429 for 90 minutes, $479 for two hours and $629 for three, plus travel and HST. Travel is one flat rate across most of Vaughan, and Kleinburg has its own rate. The exact total for your date, travel included, shows on the booking page before you pay anything.
Will the truck fit in a Vaughan driveway?
Almost always. We need about 30 to 32 feet, roughly three car lengths, on a reasonably flat surface. Most driveways in Kleinburg, Weston Downs and most of Maple take it comfortably. The newer townhouse streets in Vellore Village and near the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre can be tighter, in which case we park curbside instead. Send us a photo of the spot beforehand if you're unsure and we'll confirm.
Do you come to Woodbridge, Maple and Kleinburg?
Yes, all three, plus Concord, Thornhill and Vellore Village. Pick Woodbridge or Kleinburg on the booking form if that's where the party is, and Vaughan for anywhere else. The travel charge is worked out from that.
Can you come to a Vaughan school, park or community centre?
Yes, and we do a lot of them: fun fairs, PA days, graduations and camp activity days for schools in the York Region District School Board and the York Catholic District School Board. For a Vaughan park or community centre, such as Vellore Village Community Centre, Maple Community Centre, Chancellor Community Centre or Garnet A. Williams Community Centre, check with the City of Vaughan about vehicle access first; for a school, the principal or board facilities office can approve the spot. We provide insurance certificates on request. We bring our own power, so a field with no outlet is not a problem. See our school events page for how school bookings work.
Can a game truck party go ahead in bad weather?
Yes. The gaming happens inside a heated and air-conditioned trailer, so a rainy afternoon, a heat wave or a January birthday all run the same way. Keep a towel by the door for wet shoes and you're set.
Do I need to provide power or Wi-Fi?
No. We bring our own generator and our own internet, so nothing gets plugged into your house and the truck can park anywhere with enough flat space.
How far ahead should I book in Vaughan?
Weekend afternoons from April to October go first, so aim for three to four weeks ahead for those. Weeknights and the winter months are easier, often with a week's notice. The booking calendar only shows open slots, so you'll see straight away what's still free.
What ages is a game truck party good for?
Six to sixteen is the sweet spot, and most Vaughan birthdays we run are eight to thirteen. Younger groups do fine because the Game Coach picks simpler titles like Mario Kart, Minecraft and Just Dance and keeps the rotation moving. We also run adult and corporate bookings, where the sports and retro games get the most play.
What are the best kids birthday party ideas in Vaughan?
The usual options are trampoline parks, indoor playgrounds, bowling and booking a room at a Vaughan community centre. They work, but you're on the venue's clock, you have to get everyone there, and you're often cleaning up afterwards. A video game truck comes to your address instead, so there's no venue to book, no driving and nothing to tidy when it leaves. For more, see our birthday ideas by age.
Do you serve the rest of York Region?
We do. Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora and Newmarket, along with neighbouring Brampton and Toronto are all regular stops, each with their own travel rate. Pick your city on the booking form and the fee is worked out for you.
