A party that comes to you
We started Gamers Getaway in 2022 with a simple idea: hosting a kid's party shouldn't be the hard part. Booking a venue, driving everyone across town, watching the clock, then cleaning up after. We built the opposite, a party that pulls up to your door, runs itself and leaves nothing behind.
We're a family-run business in the GTA, and we still run it like one. We answer the phone, we know our trailers inside out, and we treat every booking like the most important party of the weekend, because to that family it is.
Easy for the grown-ups. Epic for the kids.
Four promises at every party
Easy for parents
No venue, no driving, no clean-up. We're set up 20 to 30 minutes before your start time and gone when it ends.
Every kid plays
Fifteen play at once, and the Game Coach rotates bigger groups so nobody spends the party watching.
Pros at your door
Insured, with certificates for schools and venues on request. We bring our own power and internet.
Honest from the first click
You see the full price before you pay, and the calendar only shows times that are really open.
Inside the truck
Our gaming trailer is a mobile game theatre built for parties. Here's what every booking gets.
- Up to 15 players at once across multiple big screens
- PlayStation 5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and VR
- 100+ games, from Mario Kart and Minecraft to the latest sports titles
- Climate-controlled: heated in winter, air-conditioned in summer
- Fibre-optic star ceiling, LED lighting and lounge bench seating
- Self-powered with its own internet, so nothing plugs into your house
The person who runs the party
Every Gamers Getaway party comes with a Game Coach. Their whole job is the party, so you can look after the cake and the grown-ups.
- Arrives early and has the games running before the first guest walks up.
- Picks games for the age group, simple and silly for younger kids, competitive for teens.
- Runs teams, turns and tournaments so it stays fair and everyone gets screen time.
- Packs up and leaves nothing behind when the party ends.
