Video game truck rental in Etobicoke

Packages start at $429 for 90 minutes, $479 for two hours and $629 for three, plus a flat travel charge to Etobicoke and HST. The travel rate is the same wherever you are in town. The exact total for your date, travel included, shows on the booking page before you pay anything.

Almost always. We need about 30 to 32 feet, roughly three car lengths, on a reasonably flat surface. Most driveways in the bigger lots in The Kingsway, Markland Wood and Princess-Rosethorn take it comfortably. The narrow streets in Mimico, Long Branch and New Toronto can be tighter, in which case we park curbside instead. Send us a photo of the spot beforehand if you're unsure and we'll confirm.

Yes. For a condo in Humber Bay Shores or near Islington and Kipling stations, we usually set up in a visitor area or on a nearby street with the building's okay. If there's no room on site, we can usually park on the street out front.

Yes, all winter. The trailer is heated, so kids play in t-shirts even in January. All we ask is that the parking spot is shovelled before we arrive.

Yes, and we do a lot of them: fun fairs, PA days, graduations and camp activity days for schools in the Toronto District School Board and the Toronto Catholic District School Board. For an Etobicoke park or community centre, such as Centennial Park, Colonel Samuel Smith Park, Humber Bay Park or the Etobicoke Olympium, check with the City of Toronto about vehicle access first; for a school, the principal or board facilities office can approve the spot. We provide insurance certificates on request. We bring our own power, so a field with no outlet is not a problem. See our school events page for how school bookings work.

The party goes ahead. Everyone plays inside the climate-controlled trailer, so rain, heat and cold don't matter. The only thing guests need is a short walk from the house to the door.

No. We bring our own generator and our own internet, so nothing gets plugged into your house and the truck can park anywhere with enough flat space.

For a Saturday or Sunday in spring or summer, three to four weeks is sensible, and popular dates go earlier than that. Weekday and winter bookings are usually available with a week or two's notice. The calendar shows live availability, so it's worth checking your date before assuming it's gone.

Six to sixteen is the sweet spot, and most Etobicoke birthdays we run are eight to thirteen. Younger groups do fine because the Game Coach picks simpler titles like Mario Kart, Minecraft and Just Dance and keeps the rotation moving. We also run adult and corporate bookings, where the sports and retro games get the most play.

The usual options are trampoline parks, indoor playgrounds, bowling and booking a room at an Etobicoke community centre. They work, but you're on the venue's clock, you have to get everyone there, and you're often cleaning up afterwards. A video game truck comes to your address instead, so there's no venue to book, no driving and nothing to tidy when it leaves. For more, see our birthday ideas by age.

We do. North York, York, Scarborough and downtown Toronto are all regular stops. Pick your area on the booking form and the travel fee is worked out for you.
