How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is up to 6 hours. Need it longer? We offer full-day and multi-day rates — please contact us directly to set up your reservation.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! We deliver, set up, and take down all bouncy castle rentals, concession equipment or inflatable party games. Delivery is charged based on our zone based system located on our main page. If your party/event location falls outside of our zones, please contact us for a delivery fee quote prior to booking.

What surface can the bouncy castle be set up on?

Our preferred set up location for bouncy castles is grass. We can set up on grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. The area must be flat, clear of debris, and free of overhead obstructions as per the specifications of the bouncy castle you will be renting.

How much space do I need?

For a 13×13 bouncy castle, you’ll need at least 15×15 feet of clear space and 14 feet of height. Larger units will need more. Please refer to the spec sheet on each castle for an idea of space needed.

WHAT CONSOLES/GAMES CAN WE USE?

Our game truck is equipped with the latest gaming consoles, including PS5s, Xboxs, Nintendo Switches, VR systems, Racing equipment, and a wide selection of popular games. If you have specific preferences or requests, feel free to discuss them with our team prior to booking.

Do I need power?

Yes — each inflatable requires a standard 110V outlet within 75 feet. We can supply a generator for an extra fee if power isn’t available.

What happens if it rains or is windy?

For safety, we do not operate inflatables in winds over 25 km/h or heavy rain. If bad weather is forecast, we offer free rescheduling or a refund.

Do I need to supervise the equipment?

Yes — a responsible adult must supervise at all times.

Are your inflatables safe and clean?

Absolutely. All units are commercial grade, inspected regularly, and cleaned/sanitized after every use.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a 25% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.

What do I need to rent at a public park or any public event, including fairs, sports teams or community events? (NOT RESIDENTIAL)

You will need to ensure that the inflatable you are renting is TSSA compliant. It is mandatory that the specific inflatable used for any public hosted event is TSSA certified. Please contact us for specific pricing for these types of bouncy castle rentals so we can appropriately accommodate.
