Why Barrie families book us
We've been running game truck parties across the GTA for years, and Barrie is a regular stop. The trailer, the games and the Game Coach are the same wherever we park. Barrie is the furthest north we regularly travel, so the travel charge is higher than our GTA rates and weekend dates book early.

Barrie neighbourhoods we cover
We bring the truck anywhere in Barrie at the same flat travel rate, from the downtown waterfront out to Ardagh Bluffs and Painswick. Driveways in the newer Holly and Ardagh subdivisions take the trailer easily; the older streets around Allandale and downtown can be tighter, in which case we park curbside.
How a Barrie party runs
- Book online. Pick a package and a start time from the live calendar. Only genuinely open slots show, so whatever you can select is yours.
- We arrive 20–30 minutes early and set up on your driveway or the street outside. Your booked hours are all gaming time.
- A Game Coach runs the party from start to finish, sorting teams, swapping players in and out and keeping everyone playing.
- We pack up and go. Nothing to clean, nothing to return, no gear left in your garage.
Barrie questions
How much is a video game truck party in Barrie?
Packages start at $429 for 90 minutes, $479 for two hours and $629 for three, plus a flat $125 travel charge to Barrie and HST. The price is the same anywhere in town. The exact total for your date shows on the booking page before you pay anything.
Will the truck fit in a Barrie driveway?
Almost always. We need about 30 to 32 feet, roughly three car lengths, on a reasonably flat surface. Most driveways in the newer Holly and Ardagh subdivisions take it comfortably. The older streets around Allandale and downtown can be tighter, in which case we park curbside instead. Send us a photo of the spot beforehand if you're unsure and we'll confirm.
Can you come to a Barrie school or community centre?
Yes, and we do a lot of them: fun fairs, PA days, graduations and camp activity days. You'll need permission from the school or the City of Barrie for the parking spot, and we can provide insurance certificates on request. We bring our own power, so a field with no outlet is not a problem.
How far ahead should I book in Barrie?
For a Saturday or Sunday in spring or summer, three to four weeks is sensible, and popular dates go earlier than that. Weekday and winter bookings are usually available with a week or two's notice. The calendar shows live availability, so it's worth checking your date before assuming it's gone.
Do you serve the rest of Simcoe County?
We do. Innisfil, Orillia and the surrounding Simcoe County towns are all regular stops, each with their own travel rate. Pick your city on the booking form and the fee is worked out for you.
