We bring the truck anywhere in Ajax at the same flat travel rate, whether you're south by the lake or north past Rossland. Driveways here usually take the trailer without trouble; if yours doesn't, we park curbside or in a nearby lot.
How an Ajax party runs
- Book online. Pick a package and a start time from the live calendar. Only genuinely open slots show, so whatever you can select is yours.
- We arrive 20–30 minutes early and set up on your driveway or the street outside. Your booked hours are all gaming time.
- A Game Coach runs the party from start to finish, sorting teams, swapping players in and out and keeping everyone playing.
- We pack up and go. Nothing to clean, nothing to return, no gear left in your garage.
Ajax questions
How much is a video game truck party in Ajax?
Packages start at $429 for 90 minutes, $479 for two hours and $629 for three, plus a flat $75 travel charge to Ajax and HST. The price is the same anywhere in town, south Ajax or north. The exact total for your date shows on the booking page before you pay anything.
Will the truck fit in an Ajax driveway?
Almost always. We need about 30 to 32 feet, roughly three car lengths, on a reasonably flat surface. Most Ajax driveways in Westney Heights, Audley and the newer north end take it comfortably. Older lots near Pickering Village can be tighter, in which case we park on the street instead. Send us a photo of the spot beforehand if you're unsure and we'll confirm.
Can you come to an Ajax school or community centre?
Yes, and we do a lot of them: fun fairs, PA days, graduations and camp activity days. You'll need permission from the school or the Town of Ajax for the parking spot, and we can provide insurance certificates on request. We bring our own power, so a field with no outlet is not a problem.
How far ahead should I book in Ajax?
For a Saturday or Sunday in spring or summer, three to four weeks is sensible, and popular dates go earlier than that. Weekday and winter bookings are usually available with a week or two's notice. The calendar shows live availability, so it's worth checking your date before assuming it's gone.
Do you serve the rest of Durham Region?
We do. Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville and Clarington are all regular stops, each with their own travel rate. Pick your city on the booking form and the fee is worked out for you.
