Why Mississauga families book our game truck
More than a thousand GTA parties in, we know what makes a game truck party work: a Game Coach who keeps the rotation fair, games that suit the age group, and a setup that doesn't take over your house. You might hear it called a game truck, a gaming truck or a video game bus; in Mississauga it's the same trailer and the same crew.

Condo and townhouse parties in Mississauga
A lot of Mississauga families live in condos around Square One and Port Credit, or in townhouse complexes in Churchill Meadows and Erin Mills, where a party room or a small backyard doesn't leave much space for a dozen excited kids. A game truck gets around that. The party happens in our trailer, not in your unit, so there's no furniture to move and nothing for the neighbours downstairs to hear.
We need a spot about 30 to 32 feet long: a visitor lot, a lay-by or the street out front, with your property manager's okay. Tell us the building or complex when you book and we'll plan the parking with you.
How much a Mississauga game truck party costs
Every package includes the full truck, all 100+ games and a Game Coach. Prices are before the flat Mississauga travel charge and HST; your exact total shows before you pay.
| Party length | From | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 90 minutes | $429 | Younger kids and shorter afternoons |
| 2 hours | $479 | Most birthday parties |
| 3 hours | $629 | Big guest lists, schools and events |
Mississauga neighbourhoods we cover
We bring the truck anywhere in Mississauga at the same flat travel rate, from Port Credit and Lakeview up to Meadowvale, Churchill Meadows and Malton. Driveways in the newer Churchill Meadows, Lisgar and Meadowvale subdivisions take the trailer easily; the older streets in Port Credit and Cooksville can be tighter, in which case we park curbside. That covers Mississauga postal codes from L4T through L5W.
Schools, parks and community events in Mississauga
We bring the truck to school fun fairs and PA days for the Peel District School Board and the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board. Community and camp days at spots like Churchill Meadows Community Centre, Erin Meadows Community Centre, Meadowvale Community Centre and Port Credit Memorial Park work well too; the City of Mississauga handles vehicle access in its parks, so check that first. What happens on party day in Mississauga
- Pick your date online. The calendar only shows open times, and you'll see the full price, travel included, before paying.
- The truck pulls up early. We park, level the trailer and have the games running before your first guest arrives.
- Kids play, the Game Coach runs it. Teams, turns and game picks are handled, so you can look after the cake and the parents.
- We leave nothing behind. When time's up we pack away and drive off; there's no clean-up on your side.
Game truck vs. a Mississauga party venue
The usual Mississauga birthday is a trampoline park, an indoor playground or a community centre room. Here's how a game truck compares.
| Video game truck | Party venue | |
|---|---|---|
| Location | Your driveway or street | Everyone drives there |
| Start time | Any open slot you pick | The venue's schedule |
| Weather | Climate-controlled, rain or shine | Fine indoors |
| Clean-up | None, we pack up and leave | Depends on the venue |
Mississauga game truck FAQ
What does a video game truck rental cost in Mississauga?
Packages start at $429 for 90 minutes, $479 for two hours and $629 for three, plus a flat travel charge to Mississauga and HST. The travel rate is the same wherever you are in town. The exact total for your date, travel included, shows on the booking page before you pay anything.
Will the truck fit in a Mississauga driveway?
Almost always. We need about 30 to 32 feet, roughly three car lengths, on a reasonably flat surface. Most driveways in the newer Churchill Meadows, Lisgar and Meadowvale subdivisions take it comfortably. The older streets in Port Credit and Cooksville can be tighter, in which case we park curbside instead. Send us a photo of the spot beforehand if you're unsure and we'll confirm.
Can you set up at a Mississauga condo near Square One?
Usually, yes. Most City Centre buildings have a visitor lot, a lay-by or a side street where the trailer fits. The building has to agree to it, so check with management first. Guests come down to the truck, play, and head back up for cake.
Can you come to a Mississauga school, park or community centre?
Yes, and we do a lot of them: fun fairs, PA days, graduations and camp activity days for schools in the Peel District School Board and the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board. For a Mississauga park or community centre, such as Churchill Meadows Community Centre, Erin Meadows Community Centre, Meadowvale Community Centre or Port Credit Memorial Park, check with the City of Mississauga about vehicle access first; for a school, the principal or board facilities office can approve the spot. We provide insurance certificates on request. We bring our own power, so a field with no outlet is not a problem. See our school events page for how school bookings work.
What happens if it rains on party day?
The party goes ahead. Everyone plays inside the climate-controlled trailer, so rain, heat and cold don't matter. The only thing guests need is a short walk from the house to the door.
Do I need to provide power or Wi-Fi?
No. We bring our own generator and our own internet, so nothing gets plugged into your house and the truck can park anywhere with enough flat space.
How early should I book a game truck in Mississauga?
For a Saturday or Sunday in spring or summer, three to four weeks is sensible, and popular dates go earlier than that. Weekday and winter bookings are usually available with a week or two's notice. The calendar shows live availability, so it's worth checking your date before assuming it's gone.
What age is a video game truck party best for?
Six to sixteen is the sweet spot, and most Mississauga birthdays we run are eight to thirteen. Younger groups do fine because the Game Coach picks simpler titles like Mario Kart, Minecraft and Just Dance and keeps the rotation moving. We also run adult and corporate bookings, where the sports and retro games get the most play.
What's an easy birthday party idea in Mississauga?
The usual options are trampoline parks, indoor playgrounds, bowling and booking a room at a Mississauga community centre. They work, but you're on the venue's clock, you have to get everyone there, and you're often cleaning up afterwards. A video game truck comes to your address instead, so there's no venue to book, no driving and nothing to tidy when it leaves. For more, see our birthday ideas by age.
Do you serve the rest of Peel Region?
We do. Brampton and Caledon, along with neighbouring Oakville, Etobicoke and Milton are all regular stops, each with their own travel rate. Pick your city on the booking form and the fee is worked out for you.
