Cancellation/Refund Policy

For Gaming Trucks:

We require a 14 DAY notice of cancellation for a full refund of your deposit.

Because it is difficult to fill a canceled event without sufficient notice, appointments canceled without 14 day notice will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit.

For Party equipment rentals:

We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can continue to serve all our customers.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

If bad weather is expected (high winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms), you may cancel up to 6 hours before your event with no penalty. We’ll gladly reschedule or issue a full refund.

Other Cancellations:

For any non-weather-related cancellations, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled event for a full refund of your deposit.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice (for non-weather reasons) may forfeit the deposit.
